Koncz is the manager, Arum the promoter. Arum needs to sign off on the official written contracts but that doesn't mean other Pacquiao team members can't make proposals. Koncz went to negotiate with Mayweather back in 2012 (i think) Arum wasn't there was he?

Pacquiao didn't release info about taking 6 until now did he? Mayweather hasn't been talking much to the media if you haven't noticed. He didn't bother releasing info about tests for a lot of fights either. I don't think pleasing little conspiracy nuts are high on his list of priorities.

dude you getting murdered give it up both agencies would have to take they own blood it's no way possible for it to work for them both to have the test samples they need they both would need a certain amount of blood to run test right you can't take the blood you drawn and then try and give another agency some of it

I didn't see them take the actual blood or urine from Pacquiao they might not have.
