Neither guys media workout will show their true capability. If anything, Pacquiao puts on a show but what he does or Jr. does not signify anything much on what's going to happen fight night.

These guys usually kill the heavy bag or put on a speed display and then when it comes down to gameplan and how the fight gets dictated, all that goes out the window.

I thought I was the only one who noticed this. Haven't seen it before either. Usually he hits the bag in a slow, calculated pace, with varying speeds.

Forget the speed or power. I noticed more WHAT he was throwing, not how he threw it. Looks like there might a concerted effort on a body attack. Marquez used it fight four to make Pacquiao second guess and flinch, especially for the first knock down. Maybe after seeing Margarito hurt him there. Controlling distance and hurting to the body is a key way to make Pacquiao over-extend and slow down his output.

                Interesting.
