Yeah, he will always be in fantasy fight discussions rated against the best who ever fought.

If the heavyweights aren't exciting now they won't suddenly become exciting when the best heavyweight retires. The heavyweights and cruiserweights weren't all that great before Wlad was champion. He has been a good champion because he defends his title often against high ranked contenders unlike Cotto, Garcia, Ward and other champions. Will the next heavyweight champion be as good a champion as he is? His retirement or the retirement of any particular boxer won't make boxing in general that much better. It would take lots of good fighters and good fights in lots of different weight classes to do that in my opinion,

The HW division will be alive once again, some great fights to be made. PBC could also take full advantage of this, everyone loves watching exciting heavies.
          You're argument is unconvincing.

Your attitude to one of the greatest heavyweight fighters in recent times is disgusting. It's not his fault the division's ****, give the man some credit. You make me sick
