Comments Thread For: Floyd Mayweather Sr: Ain't No Threat in Front of My Son!

As BoxingScene.com previously reported, Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach has initiated a lockdown on the Wild Card Gym in Hollywood, California. Roach is preparing WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao for his very anticipated unification mega-match with WBC/WBA champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. on May 2nd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Roach says the lockdown has nothing to do with Mayweather's team getting information. The maneuver was strictly to clear out any individuals who may potentially distract Pacquiao in camp. Roach wishes that he would have implemented this action in some of Pacquiao's previous training camps. [Click Here To Read More]

    Hey SR!!!!
So What happened to FLoyds idea of cleaning up "his sport"?

Floyd is working with Ariza. Same guy he was calling a Ped cheat when we wanted him to fight Pacquiao. Same guy FLoyd thought was Giving Pacquiao his "PED Shakes".
But now Ariza is in FLoyds corner, who he hired personally.

All those excuses about making "our" sport a better place was BS.
Floyd has the same guy he was worried about in his corner.

It was always about him. Not about making this sport a better place.

It means that Floyds fear was real, he saw a small fighter demolish guys like Cotto, Hatton, ODH, all common opponents. Something made them think twice about getting in the ring.

Floyd hiring the same guy he "thought" was giving Pacquiao Peds exposed his fear, his doubt, witch was real all along.

Don't you see the Pacman in your dreams...if you don't, then ask your ugly duckling Floyd Jr. Now he can't hide anymore. Do not fall into deep sleep cause your nightmare Pacman will be right beside you.

Going to be a great fight! Can't wait to see how these two legends go at one another. The unstoppable force (Pacman) meets the immovable object ( Mayweather)! My money will always be on PAC, I believe he wants this more than floyd, definitely more hungry than FMJ, PAC will emerge the greatest boxer/fighter of this generation in a few weeks.

So Freddie Roach the trainer of the year just realized it would be better for Manny's training if they locked down the gym? Seriously?

Are you saying that Mayweather was actually right about suspecting Pac of PED use? I wouldn't put it past either one, it just amuses me how fans of both fighter's filp flop on the PED issue.....
