Orlando Salido (42-13-2, 29KOs) is targeting a summer rematch with Roman "Rocky Martinez (29-2-2, 17KOs). This past Saturday in Puerto Rico, Martinez captured the WBO super featherweight title with a twelve round unanimous decision over Salido, who went down twice in the fight. The scores were 114-111, 115-110 and 116-109.

Martinez had thought about competing as a lightweight at the start of the year and dropped back to 130-pounds for the opportunity to face Salido for the title. Salido's manager, Sean Gibbons, says there is a rematch clause.

Like I said in a previous thread Salido had a hell of a run, but I think the fight was clear cut Rocky. I don't think a rematch is warranted.

forgot about this one and haven't seen it, i remember some people saying Salido was coming back on Mikey and that Mikey had quit cuz he knew he couldn't keep Salido off of him for the rest of the fight hahahaha
