Peterson lost the fight 7-5. You don't win rounds by being "elusive" as his trainer thinks...you have to land shots in return. The first half of the fight, Peterson was too "elusive," and Garcia, although he missed a lot, landed the better shots early. No robbery here, the scores were spot on. If there's a rematch, and Peterson gets to work earlier, I agree the outcome may be different.

Garcia didnt do much and Peterson was dominating , and scoring and landing at will in the last few rounds. STEVE FARHOOD also lost all credibilty with his score, when i heard that **** i knew they were gonna screw peterson. Haymon has to throw Garcia in some fights now hes clearly not "that guy". Good luck trying to keep propping Danny Garcia up as an elite boxer, not even Haymons bag of tricks has enough smoke and mirrors for that.

As I've stated already....I don't recall Danny landing much of anything significant for the first half of that fight. What I do recall is Peterson moving and jabbing while danny was swinging and missing. It was an ugly first half with neither fighter doing much. I just don't see how judges and viewers find Garcia winning 6 of the first 7 rounds when to be honest, neither fighter did anything significant enough to clearly win those rounds. The actual fight didn't start until the 8th round and from there on Peterson put a whoopin on Danny and made him look foolish.

I want to hear Danny himself, say "I told Lamont...I lost." It would be interesting as he banked the first 6 rounds and without a doubt, won 1-2 rounds in the last six. I watched the fight again and don't see where Lamont could have picked up enough rounds to win. The punch stats don't support a Peterson win.

I already felt Danny lost even before the video surfaced yesterday with him telling Peterson "I Lost" moments after the scorecards were read. Peterson's brother just confirming what was on that video. Danny should have 2 losses on his record. Herrera and Peterson. But most likely he won't give either guy a rematch. His excuse after Herrera was he was moving to 147 yet he fought 2 more times NOT at 147. He wants no parts of Herrera and probably Peterson too.

That's got to suck for Garcia. Everytime he hears the ring announcer saying Undefeated Danny Garcia, knowing in his mind that the world knows he has 1 or more losses. It's a very fake zero.
If I were him, I'd consider those some serious lucky breaks and better get his shieeet together because considering those gifts, he should be in training fixing all that is wrong with his style. At least work on some of it...

Well I've got to disagree with Danny then because I had him winning by one point
It's understandable that he would think that he lost because he got beat up at the end and lost 4 of the last five rounds, but I gave him the majority of the opening rounds (body shots < unlanded jabs imo) and a few in the second half too.
Peterson lost the fight rather than Garcia winning it on my card
