From an orthodox fighter, a timed left hook is probably the one punch I have seen the tide of a fight turn, or completely end one more then any other.

Sometimes it's almost like a golf swing. You don't need to put much power into it for it to work.

Typically a hook (left for orthodox, right for southpaw) or a nice uppercut.
