That was a much more motivated/Cautious Peterson in the ring last night than the one that caught cold against Matthysse.


People act like Lennoz Lewis did not got sparked out by Rahman and come back to whoop Everybody's ass including Rahman's. I think some people forgot that Peterson is actually a good fighter.

What cost Peterson was the flaw in his Sugar Ray Leonard Act. He was NOT affective with scoring points while he danced the first 6 rounds away. You might as well play a Donna Summers song for Peterson's dance routine.

Dude,Garcia's got outboxed in the first half of the fight. He couldn't find his distance,couldn't cut of the ring,and couldn't land anything significant. He was literally the definition of one demetional. And the other hand,Peterson was sticking and moving,making Garcia look like a bull swinging for the ropes. In the second half of the fight,Lamont engaged danny more,and thats when danny actually managed to connect....with Lamont's gloves and shoulders. Other than the occasional body shot here and there,you can count with your fingers how many times Garcia landed clean on Lamont's face. In the second half of the fight,Lamont walked Garcia down,took him to the ropes, made the champ look like a peasant,and messed his sorry face up.

The irony in DSG's fans slamming Matthysse for his 'losses' to Zab and Devon, is that Zab and Devon 'won' those fights for doing even less effective versions of what Peterson did last night.

Posing and throwing air jabs, except Peterson only did it for 7 1/2 rounds while they did it all night.

Peterson started too late period.To me it was a draw but it could have gone either way. Really close fight.

I saw a pic of what seemed Danny talking **** in Peterson's face b4 the fight so if I had to pick who I'd like to win I'd have gone for Peterson because I dislike talkers but the truth is Garcia clearly won.
