A year is way too long for an uninjured champion to go without defending his title. If Cotto refuses to fight GGG but will fight a guy GGG easily knocked out what does that say about who is the real champion. Will Cotto fight a top 10 world rated middleweight at the standard weight limit of 160 pounds?
