Broner is stationary but he's also better than Garcia on the inside with superior handspeed. He also has a better chin than Khan so he can stand inside and shoot off combos. Garcia's head would be easy pickings for Broner's handspeed.

Atrocious fight commentary by Ray Leonard and Marv Albert. They were so unabashedly pro-Peterson, even crediting him for missed punches while almost completely ignoring Garcia's offensive success, especially his body punches. Kudos to Steve Farhood for getting it right.
