    What has he done exactly?
As far as his career goes, yeah its a huge problem, he doesn't fight at all. Not to mention there are many interviews of him talking about how he wants big fights for 1+ millions Obviously he feels he shouldn't fight while other guys get more than him, that way of thinking will get him nowhere. He is the perfect fit for Haymon.

If Algieri can get on PBC, what is stopping Andrade?

He was a world class amateur. Beat guys like Thurman, Trout, Chaves, Hatley etc. He also apparently beat Lara but didn't get the decision. He's clearly a massive talent.

And he's the only guy so far to clearly beat Vanes as a pro, Lara struggled against him, Charlo struggled against, Andrade beat him easy.

He does need to stop acting so prestige and stay active, but his talent is obvious.

Where did you watch it? Live or on video? I've looked everywhere, can't find footage of any of their fights. They fought 4 times and were big rivals as amateurs, Thurman won the first fight, Andrade won the next 3. The last fight was close though, Andrade won 18-14.
