What makes u think he'd lose to flat footed, overweight Rios? Its not like Rios is going to knock Devon out.

Devon may have come unstuck against Porter and Khan, but he's still a level or 2 above Rios.

Rios is a bum. Lets face it. He isn't called Bum Bum for no reason. Better right now? Why? Because he stopped a punch drunk meth head who didn't train for the fight? Really?

Devon Alexander is better than Brandon Rios in every way shape or form. The only thing Rios does better is take flush punches directly to the face. And Alexander's chin is pretty good himself.

The Rios fight is only good because of the things I mentioned. ****, Khan should have fought Rios - it would have made a bigger splash than Alexander or Algieri - not because he's better than either of them but because he's a bigger name and has a bigger fanbase and a style that will make for an exciting fight.

I don't see what Alexander does particularly better than Rios. In fact, I don't see what he does good in general. Does he punch harder than Rios? No. Does he move better? Not really. Punch variety? Rios wins that too. Does he scream like a girl? Yes, Rios doesn't. Who's more exciting? Rios hands down. Bigger name? Rios again. Better chin? Both have solid whiskers.

Alexander is literally so crap it's insane anyone would try and big up this complete average joe. Rios at least is exciting to watch.

I'm not even saying Rios is a top opponent or anything. But honestly, bringing over Devon Alexander would be the worst possible cherrypick. And it would be a guaranteed stinker.

The only reason why you lot are bringing up Devon Alexander is because Khan beat him.

Rios is more of a threat than Alexander at 147. Alexander is a better all around boxer but that means S#it at 147 when you can't punch and people walk through you.

Alexander is not a true welterweight. While Rios, although he did alot of work at 135 and 140... has rounded out to be a physical force inside. He can **** inside with the best of them.
