Was thinking of mentioning earlier when the cutting of weight argument was brewing on (still is) that many of the top pro wrestlers in MMA one that comes to mind is TJ Dillishaw they cut a lot of weight and they still perform excellent on the night of the fight without looking like damaged goods or too fatigued.
You gotta know what you're doing ofcourse, not everyone has that method worked out.
