Floyds not a big puncher by any means, but he has enough punching power to get respect. Oscar is on record saying Mayweather and Pacquiao have about the same punching power. Floyd had a strong, 154 lb Cotto rocked, all over the ring in the last round. Cotto was gonna go down against Floyd.

I didn't say they don't feel his power but to suggest he's beating guys around the ring is ridiculous and citing cotto as your example is equally ridiculous. He's hurt in ever fight. Floyd hits guys clean multiple times in every fight and can't get them out of there. A guy who throws perfect, pin point punches and only has 26 kos in nearly fifty fights has average power at best.
