He can do this in a special ceremony and get a lot of free publicity out of it. But Quillin has thrown a wrench in that idea and I can't see him getting a shot at any other MW title anytime soon.

What other MW fighters does Haymon have that he can try to maneuver into title position?
Isn't Danny Jacobs tied in with Haymon? definitely agree Quillin not being able to fight for the title was not what was planned. However you know Haymon, he'll find a way to spin this into his agenda.

Quillin blew it big time. I am not a hater but I can't be a supporter either now.

Catchweights for the 140 guys and non-title for Quillin.

            Very sloppy all round.

Quillen ****** up! Now it's a non-title fight because he came in a half of pound overweight. The only way he can gain respect is to go get the KO. I wish him luck! I think he's going to need it.

It was not part of gods plan.
                However.
If you read between the lines its obvious, this is Mayweathers plan, after he knocks out Paquiao he has 1 fight left, Lee for the mw title! Brilliant strategy, Mayweather is a frickin genius.

... In case Quillin wins, this must be a title bout!
Cotto should be stripped... Golovkin should be stripped...
... All belts should go to Quillin!

did you know that 155-160 lbs is mw? I'm not a fan of catch weights but if you fight one ounce over 154 then you are a mw
