Any time boxing is on regular tv with known names on the bill it's gonna be good for the sport. Giving these fighters exposure will generate more money on the PPV side which goes right back into Haymon's pockets.Comment

So now Kirkland is an overrated journeyman? Crawford first fight at 140 and it's not against a Rod fking Salka its against a decent opponent. And a guy who knocked Peterson out and gave Garcia a good fight is involved in a crappy B level slugfest? What point where you trying to prove exactly again? In addition to not watching tommorrow night's fights (which, incidentally, is a lie) would you please do us all a favor and, in protest, refuse to post anything about PBC on this message board?
You said you want better! Please tell us what fights Bob Arum and Golden Boy and any other promoter for that matter have coming up in the next few months that are better than the two fight scheduled for tommorrow night?
Do you think Saul Alvarez vs an overated journeyman is better? Do you think Terrence Crawford vs Thomas Dulorme (who also could be classified as a journeyman) is better? Is Brook/Gavin better than Garcia/Peterson? What about Matthysse/Provodnikov (two b-level sluggers)?
Please tell us what you consider to be better and when we can catch those fights on television! If there is something better than the two fights taking place tommorrow night coming up, I will definitely watch it.
He may lean one way but it's seems you're leaning the exact opposite way (Haymon)Comment

"except in the case of the CBS dude who did not ask Stevenson about Kovalev"
I was thinking the same. Why didn't he ask that question.
I may agree with your post but that is a shame if that is why.Comment
