He's beginning to slur some of his words and he's very lethargic in his thought process when asked a question. Very odd and awkward interview.
Sugar Ray Leonard is on ESPN's First Take right now and he's sounding punchy

Thats is odd. He would be the last person I would call punchy.
Here's a list of those that are in my top 5 "Punchy" speach category :
1. Evander Holyfield
2. Rid**** Bowe
3. Meldric Taylor
4. Bobby Chacon
5. Mohammed Ali.
No particular order mind you. Please feel free to add to this list.
By the way, we as fans take for granted what these guy go through for our entertainment only for some of these keyboard warriors to throw the words "quitter " or "no heart " "coward " around so loosely. -

I heard him on PBC not too long ago and he sounded fine. We all have days where we are slow as **** lol. We either have our mind in someplace else or are tired and whatnot. It's funny because as soon as a boxer has one of those days "he is punch drunk / mentally ill".

Lol, and I think poor tommy is just drunk nowadays.Comment

My point precisely. If that isn't beyond punch drunk than I don't think there would be a better exhibit A. Not unless you want to through Gerald McClellan and Wilfred Benitez in the mix.Comment

Lol that's what makes him the undisputed, lineal, p4p punch drunk champ. Haha this is so cold.Comment
