That is a strange fight. I would go with Mayweather to win. He would need to run like hell for a round or two until Tyson was completely gassed out. If Tyson lands a clean hard power punch to the head then he wins by KO. Mayweather can't win by KO so he must hit and run all fight. I think he could probably do that but I really don't know about this strange fight of yours.
