Thurman is fine -- now he waits for "big daddy" to decide who he is allowed fight...

Berto got bumped up to WBA #1, which means there's a good possibility of Thurman fighting him next. Not happy about that at all.

Oh come on, for what? Lopez?

I hate the WBA so much.

          Ffs...what a joke.

Thurman is now a proven elite fighter at 147, he shouldn't fight anyone outside the top 10 unless he's coming off an injury or something.

I'm going to be hugely disappointed if Thurman vs Berto gets made.

Wow. They're talking about Berto for Thurman. You mean Thurman is just name dropping Brook, Bradley and Khan?

                I'd be ok with Thurman-Berto.

It's not a great fight and I'd expect Thurman to blast him out of there, but I don't think Berto is really as bad as some make out.

Its the same kind of fight as Brook Rios or Khan Algeiri

Berto vs. Guerrero/Ortiz/Ali/Rios or an up-and-coming prospect is fine with me. If Keith plans to fight at least 3 times in 2015, then I guess Berto is ok. If he's gonna sit on the shelf later in the year, then his second fight has to mean something.

He is now. Thurman's beaten Berto level opponents for a couple years now. He even knocked out a guy who stopped Berto.
