Epo won't give you bachne. This dudes acne, most likely to this degree, came from being a dirty bastard. By this I mean he most likely trained with a non breathable shirt on that allowed swear to accumulate and just rest on his skin. And when he was done training, didn't immediately take it off and shower. But oh no, he didn't stop there. Odds are that shirt didn't get washed with any degree of regularity and was used repeatedly. People here may laugh but a lot of bachne comes from poor hygiene. But also with heavy ped use.
