I think they believe Khan can beat anyone in a boxing match. As in, as long as they are not facing a massive puncher, Khan would win. Which might be the case, it's very hard to outbox someone as quick as Khan.

I think he'd beat Bradley, and I think Khan thinks he'd beat Bradley too.

theres that khan-logic right there, thinks he can beat bradley so theres no reason for a fight with him.
