For as proud he is of his smile, it seems awful dumb to put diamonds in a mouthguard. Gold flakes and $100 bills is excessive but at least those are not likely to break your teeth if something goes wrong.

That's even dumber than amir khans 50 thousand dollar shorts. Nobody would have even known 100 dollar bills were stuffed in his mouthpieces unless this story broke... So basically hes not even trying to be flashy, he just likes the feeling of spending ridiculous money on ****** crap. Floyd is a professional. If a professional carpenter spent hundreds on a screwdriver and you spent $50 on a screwdriver. You may think it's the same thing but it's not. Why shouldn't Floyd spend as much as he wants on his tools? You're an idiot if you can't understand. Your cheap mouth guard is not on par with Floyd's mouth guard and it's not something you would use in a professional fight especially at Floyd's level.

My mouthgaurd is something a professional would use. They were making Chisora's mouthguard at around the similar time. And they took far bigger shots than anything Mayweather will ever take.
