I think it does more damage than good.

His PPV numbers and "Money" moniker would fall quickly, because there would be no raging fans tuning into PPV to see him lose his undefeated streak.

He would also lose any band wagon fan boys because lets face it, every fighter has them, especially fighters that are undefeated.
