Regular basis? Cotto has not fought in a year. That's hardly a 'regular basis'.
As for challenging himself against the best, well the best will be sitting in the crowd watching the fight tonight, not in the ring fighting. I would like to see Cotto actually grow a pair and do just that if he wins tonight, after the fight I want to see Cotto publicly challenge GGG to the next fight. Anything less and Cotto is a DUCK, not a man.
