Dan is most certainly not anything special. but he's every bit as good as Algieri who wouldn't last 3-4 rounds in the ring with Brook.

Although Khan should be fighting someone better than him, Algieri isn't a road sweeper like Dan, his skill level is respectable.

I think only Khan thinks that. Algieri was even surprised he got the shot against Manny. He was in awe of him, it was literally cringey to watch. "Thanks Manny" he would say constantly. Ffs he's a clown.
