what a waste of a talent.
Personality, charisma, boxing style, Attitude... all things Ward is lacking.

Great fighter, but he's going nowhere.

Universally recognized super middleweight champion. Consensus top 3 P4P. 99% of folks that have laced up gloves and fought for pay would die for your definition of "nowhere."

Well, no rematch with Froch in the U.K. we know he is not moving down in weight or up in weight. I wouldn't mind seeing Andre Dirrell against Ward in Oakland. Don't know if Andre is signed with Haymon, but if he's not I would still like to see this fight.

Except for fear of a hometown decision, I can't see why Ward doesn't agree to fight Froch (wherever Froch wants to fight). And any muscle Froch has developed since their fight in 2012 won't make a difference (look at the 2012 version of Froch and then the 2014 version). So, just maybe Ward will take a tune up fight or two and then decide that the money to be made in the U.K. is too good to pass up.

Hey now. Ward's been out awhile. A guy like the ESPN champ Willie Monroe would be too much too soon

Froch must not have picked up the phone.

We know he's dead set on enhancing his legacy against the fearsome and legendary Julio Cesar Chavez Jr instead.
