        Lmao

This is a pathetic matchup.. No offense to geale who is a solid fighter, but he just got crushed in 3 by ggg...

        First khan-algieri, now cotto-geale..... Lmao

That's why ufc kills boxing in the matchmaking department... If boxing was booked like mma we would be getting khan-Brook, and cotto vs Canelo/ggg..
But in ******ed boxing we are gonna see guys coming off humiliating losses get the chance..

And don't forget that next week in boxing we will also see two title holders fighting at a catch weight with no title at stake and a boxer challenge for the exact same title he threw away less than a year before without having so much as one fight in between.

If someone scripted a movie as bad as the scene has become in the boxing world, it would not make it through the first weekend before closing.

Amen brother,,,, and hardcore boxing fans wonder why the sport gets hardly any media attention and casuals have left the sport in droves of the past 2 decades

He didn't knock anybody out. Geale pussed out and didn't want to continue.

Why you crying like a little bltch? Geale is a much better opponent then Heiland is, so whats the problem? Cotto has 3 fights on his deal, his second fight will most likely be Canelo or GGG, relax.

so Geale gets a shot at the lineal title ahead of the guy that knocked him out.

                    Gotta love this sport sometimes......lol

Geale is in top 5 by Ring magazine. That explains a lot. A little bit risky fight for Cotto, but if he wins he can drop his WBC belt and keep the Ring belt for another 2 years. The Ring belt would be at stake for Cotto-Canelo. GGG will then have to fight with Heiland or Tureano for full WBC.
