I think he improved under Hunter but tbh I will only believe that he vastly improved if he already fight against a full fledged top 10 welterweight with serious or at least not under average punching power (except if that opponent is Bradley or May)

Khan won't fight now, nor over summer, nor in September because of Ramadan, then winter cancels the stadium fight, and then next spring a year from now khan will be saying "I'm looking for manny or floyd, Brook isn't on that level yet"
