Added bonus? More like he is detrimental to the card. I would have much rather see the Crawford dulorme fight on this undercard than to watch jleon love and mike hart fight some nobodies. With that being said, I can't believe people are whining about the price. This is the fight we have all been waiting for so many years. 100 is a value. Think about it like this, which fights do you get more **** for your buck... Mayweather maidana 2 for 80 dollars or mayweather pacquiao for only 20 more. That is a bargain in my eyes.

With everyone being as greedy as they are, I doubt they can afford to put any better talent on the PPV.

Relax, I think it's coming.

Al Haymon has to be a very smart man to be where he is. I think he has the foresight to see that providing content is the way to go. He did release all the PBC fights online for free almost a week after they came out.

It's very possible it's coming, not too soon, but it is coming.

You guys do realize that pacquiao algieri was available to stream on the top rank website for 50 bucks right? You can be sure this fight will be available to stream as well. Obviously they can't just offer it only as a stream because they would throw away half of the revenue they could make. Also the cable companies are the ones who do all the commercials for the fight and they push it heavy. If it weren't for the cable companies showing ads all the time, boxing ppv would not even be here because it wouldn't be profitable. It sucks for them to have to pay 50 percent usually, but they make alot more because of the free advertising for the fight.

Its a no brainer, this is a once in a generation type of fight, you really can't put a value on something so important if your a real boxing fan. 100 was the perfect price, a real bargain in my eyes.

40% for using your infrastructure..gtfoh. Plenty of emerging companies capable of getting this to people, not that hard to connect a pc/media hub to a tv these days.

It's also for free advertisement.. On any guide channel they will show ads... That captures a lot of casuals and reminds them that a big fight is coming up, and also the quick ads that run in regular shows,,, the boxing promotion gets all that in the deal.. If cable companies gonna make money off the event, they will put there hype machine behind it to increase buy rates...
Internet hookups or what not, don't have the hype machine yet that the cable companies possess.. That may change in time but not now
