Comments Thread For: Samuel Vargas Ready For Errol Spence at Barclays

Lee Baxter Management (LBM) is proud to announce the return of three of its fighters, in three different cities. On Saturday, April 11, LBM's welterweight standout Samuel "The Bull" Vargas (20-1-0, 10KOs) of Mississauga, Ontario, will face undefeated American Olympian Errol Spence Jr. (15-0-0, 12KOs) under the bright lights of the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, in a highly anticipated ten round clash. Vargas has won five in a row, including a fifth round stoppage of Flavio Turelli his last time out. He is a multiple division Canadian champion, wearing both the welterweight and super welterweight crowns at various points in his career. "Sam is ready for the next step in his boxing career," explained manager Lee Baxter. "A lot of people consider him an underdog in this fight, but he's the type of guy no one should take lightly."

That's what I want to know. I can't see this being televised on NBC. Maybe it will be shown on NBC Sports.
