          Briggs lost every minute of every round to Vitali a few years ago. I don't think he ever landed a single punch. He just beats guys not even rated in the top 100. He should not get a title shot unless he defeats a top 10 world rated heavyweight and he won't even fight a world rated fighter. He is just a loud mouth fake now.
