He doesn't, but it's pretty below-average, to average. My main gripe with him is that after throwing the left sometimes he'll just stand there admiring his work and he'll get cracked with a counter shot instead of making some kind of defensive move after throwing his left. Rolling under the left, steppign over after throwing the left, ducking his head and changing levels after the left, or pivoting out.... So many better options than just standing there waiting for the guy to throw his counter shot.

There are guys with far worse defense than Manny Pacquiao. Guys like Andre Berto, Brandon Rios, Mike Alvarado are all far worse than Manny. I hope this is a joke.

Pacquiao tried to fight a more defensive fight in the 3rd fight against Marquez, his offense suffered as a result and he ended up getting outboxed in my opinion. Manny has to be aggressive here, make Mayweather worried about what he's doing as opposed to the other way around.
