Khan has horrendous footwork. What the hell do you consider good footwork? That's probably part of the reason he gets slept so damn often. He's always off balance at the worst possible time.

Being able to shuffle your feet really fast does not mean good footwork in the slightest.

Brook is too stationary and Khan is skillwise superior to him so I think Khan would pull it off, Brook would score a knockdown though in my opinion, and of course everyone with a decent power has a punchers chance against Amir. It's not obvious. 60-40 to Khan.

What skills does Khan have that are better than Brook? His reflexes aren't better. His footwork isn't better. Headmovement? I'll take Brook's. Speed - Khan of course. Punching Power - lol. Punch accuracy? Come on, still brook. Variety? About the same.

Khan has a lot of flashy movements and quick movements, but he can't keep doing that over 12 rounds with a top fighter - hence why he's fighting the likes of Collazo and Alexander.
