I was just wondering how high a persons calorie intake must be to actually gain weight or not lose any weight during training camp. I mean JT must burn a ton of calories during sparring sessions which are really hard for anyone who has tried to spar for an entire round they would know. So my question is how can he spar so much and still gain weight? It appears that a heavy weight doesnt really need to starve himself but can eat regular large meals and still lose weight. How much did JT have to eat to still gain weight during training?
