Rios is hell for Brooks, Brooks is gonna have to be clinching nonstop, if brooks is able to survive it will be in a 100+ clinch type of bout only, He wont be able to straight up box rios to a decision he gonna have to bend a few rules to pull it off.
Chavez was giving rios the business. A smart alvarado gave rios the business. As did Abril. Rios has nothing for kell

Rios looked like a revitalized fighter against Alvarado, quick and sharp. Hard to read too much out of that fight, but if the same Rios shows up again Kell's going to have problems.

It took Maidana a few fights to come into his own as a welterweight too.

This attention whore is 2-2 in his last 4 fights. Dude hasn't done anything to deserve the shot at a championship.

How does Rios get a title shot going 2-2 in his last 4 bouts!
How is he a number 1 contender?

It's easy.......he will go to England and look like he did against Pacman and get shut out. England gets to hoop n holler and Rios gets a payday and everyone who watches this crap gets ripped off with another C- grade fighter fighting a B+ boxer.

It's the business end that stinks in this sport. No more real contenders just "chosen opponents".

I would love to see this fight just to see Rios back in a relevant fight because after the Pacquiao beat down, I thought his career was pointless/over.

Still, I think Brook would beat Rios from pillar to post. He's waaay too strong and technical for Rios to handle.

It is very likely to happen in July. I think Brook's first choice is Marquez but if not, Rios is 2nd.
