He might be able to take Brooks power, however i still believe it will be stopped, because it will turn into a one sided affair.

Brook is all wrong for Rios, hits hard, very accurate, stiff jab. Brook will have no problem finding Rios and connecting. I kind of feel sorry for Rios, just thinking about it
