To be 100% honest the US judges had terrible cards in the first fight and almost robbed Ward.

The UK judge had 118-110 for Ward while the US judges had it 115-113 which was ridiculous.

Gotta respect throwback fighters like Andre Ward. After being out of the ring for almost 2 years, he wants to get right back at it vs. the #1 contender in his division. Andre Ward defines what a lineal champion should be.

The fight is being mandated. Carl Froch has been out for a year himself, has been having wars whilst Andre has sat on his arse. Also, unlike Andre, Froch actually has other big fights available to him which will pay more.

I mean if you're going to suck off Ward for taking this fight, then you better make room for the Cobra in your mouth too.

They both have to take the fight or drop their belts. It's nothing to do with either of them being throwback heroes. I appreciate the romanticism for your guy though.

I hope it happens, Froch has earned the right to try and overturn the loss. Ward should beat him again if the inactivity/lack of decent opponents hasnt worked against him too much.

This would be an awesome fight IMO. Froch has looked impecabble since losing to Ward while Ward hasn't fought much so there is a question mark about ring rustiness.

Plus it would be in the UK so that adds more to the tension.

nobody wants to see a ward-froch rematch, that would be such a pointless fight to make. ward would dominate froch more than he did the first fight, no thank you.
