It's easy to pick holes and people might say the long lay off of Ward may give Froch the advantage , the fights that Froch has had he may be sharp and ready.
The time off might have been great for Ward, the hard fights Froch has had might have been one too many.Let's just call it no different.
I just think Froch's thinking is spot on, knock Ward out or lose and at this time and level I am not sure Froch is willing to take that gamble.

Yet Lomachenko and Brook recently won world titles against American fighters. Also there are many international fighters that fight in the states and have won championships there against American fighters. Yet everytime an American outclasses some Brit, they get robbed and the UK commentators and fans give them a pass and excuse.

How the hell was Froch and Groves a super fight? Compare to a rematch with Dirrell and Ward? It's because you guys put scrubs on a pedestal and robbed the true greats from their proper glory. You all are just a sad bunch really.

... Why Andre Ward suddenly forgot to call Golovkin out next, as he used to?
            ... It's a mystery to me...

Not true. Leonard Bundu recently won a close decision in the UK against Frankie Gavin. Dejan Zlaticanin won a SD against Ricky Burns etc. Ok those guys are not yanks, but you generally get a fair shout in the UK. Far fairer than say, Russia, or Germany.

It can put up good numbers in Wemberley, it just needs a co-main event (ala Garcia V Matthysse). Froch V Ward and Brook V (Bradley, Thurman or Maidana) or Frampton V Quiggs, throw in Joshua and you got a decent card that will put butts in seats

Good points on activity & recovery.

I think Froch's record would benefit from the Ward rematch.

                    If Froch wins, he's laughing.

If Ward wins, Froch's record would take less of a hit than if he were to lose to Hopkins, GGG or Chavez jnr.

I SAID AMERICANS! Not some guys from other countries. It's a fact the rest of the world hates us, and rightfully so. Look at Floyd Mayweather Jr. everyone hates him for a reason. That reason is the fact he is THE BEST! Just like you UK fans hate Ward with such passionate vigor.
