I think people are getting confused. Monroe is about 16-1 to win and Golovkin i've seen at 1/80 to win.

The reason i don't mind these fights from GGG is because he fights 4 times a year i think but it would be a lot more acceptable if he was fighting at least 1 or 2 big names in those 4 fights, then people can't complain if the others are this kind of fight.

Where is he 80-1? The oddsmaker i see have him about 15:1?

Besides that GGG is the only fighter out there who would be the betting favourite against everyone from 154 to 175, against Floyd, Ward and probably even Kovalev, the odds have more to do with how great GGG and not how bad Monroe is. If GGG fought Lara it wouldn't be much different, people need to realize this. Those guys who bet on that fight mostly don't watch ESPN fights and have never seen Monroe, even though he dominated Brian Vera in his last fight. It's a difficult style matchup for GGG.

Monroe only has one loss on his record, and thats against Boone who almost knocked out Andre Ward as well.
