Manny made lot of mistakes and reckless but Floyd jr made only "one", fighting PACMAN. Manny will retire JR on May 2.

You might have a point if any of them had anywhere close the defensive ability of Mayweather.

Pac's mental will power is tremendous and he gives it his all even in losing or close battles (Bradley, Marquez fights). I don't think Jr. has yet faced an opponent whose will was strong to the very last round. Judah, Mosley, Canelo, or the likes of Cotto, kind of get frustrated and feel defeated to the point where they just want to get to the end without being KO'd.

I see a lot of talk about Pac not being able to adjust but he does adjust and there is a reason why all of these boxers who are seemingly able to easily land right hands all day long don't just land a million rights and cruise to victory. Pac adjusts and counters them so they have to resort other strategies. Floyd will be no different. There will be a time that he goes to throw that straight right because he landed it earlier and he will be met with a straight left right on the chin and after that, Floyd better start looking for that jab to the body or something because the next time he tries the right, a scud is coming to put him down.
People say Mayweather is "troubled by southpaws or the jab"
whenever anyone had success with those things, he adapted mid fight and took it away....Cotto, Judah, ODLH, Maidana etc.
What is pac gonna do when Floyd takes away the straight left? His right hook is ok and his jab is average....Mayweather throws every punch in the book and controls range and the pace of the fight better than Manny

getting countered and hit with body shots is why both got worked in the late rounds.
Floyd did say Judah was a frontrunner but just because you know something doesn't mean you will use the knowledge to win
