Bradley is one of the best boxers on the planet......he is drastically underrated and will come back with a vengeance.

I consider myself one of Tim's biggest fans. But, his biggest mistake was resigning with Top Rank. Well, I can't say mistake because he is earning more money with them than the average boxer. But by resigning with Arum, it showed that he is now fighting for the big pay check and not legacy anymore. It would have been wise to sign with Haymon for the long term benefits. He has the fighters that would have elevated Tim to Mayweather and Pacquiao status if he were to win those fights. How do you motivate yourself to fight a Diego Chaves when you have been in the ring with Pacquiao and Marquez??? That is one of the reasons his performances have been mediocre. Who was Provodnikov before Tim fought him??? So now, Tim will be forced to fight the K9 Bundrages of the world. I think he is on his way out of the sport. Bradley probably will not be fighting after 2016.

Tim also needs to get in the ring more often, and focus on what got him to this level...his skills and speed. After the Pacquiao fight, he seemed to lose his identity in the ring. He now goes toe to toe more often when that is clearly not beneficial for him at 147. The performance he displayed against Peterson and Marquez proved he is a highly skilled fighter. When he uses those skills for 12 rounds, there is no one I see at 140 or 147 that can beat him. He would be a major problem for a 38 year old Mayweather as well. But I honestly think he may have lost a step and lost some of his hunger to be great since the Pacquiao fights. That's what money will do to some fighters.

Signing with Haymon would have been a huge mistake. Haymon has never groomed a star in his life. The few stars in Haymon's stable were made by HBO and other promoters and managers, not by Showtime and not by Haymon. Some who have had potential, such as Quillin, have seen that potential wasted.
People continue to laud Haymon like he has created these huge superstars, but who has he created? Who has he turned into a star? NO ONE.

But you are most definitely correct in that Bradley needs to fight more often, and against anyone he can get in the ring. Waiting for the big fight to happen will only end up in his seeing everyone pass him by. Get out there and fight and eventually they will come to you.

Mayweather can't be the real champion if he's been ducking the man that has had a claim to it as well (as well) since 2009. I'll give him #1 status at 154, but he needs to fight there or be stripped.

Surely you don't believe that Stevenson is the man at 175? Or that Cotto is the man at 160? They have to prove it against the best at some point.

No way he can prove his worth now, considering all the other contenders are in the Haymon side of the fence. He's a millionaire now, I don't think he's even interested.

I honestly favor all those guys to beat Bradley.

Why? Because I think they're all better suited for 147 than TB. Let's be real, Bradley's run at WW hasn't been all that impressive. He beat Abregu (which doesn't seem all impressive anymore), had a very good close win over an old and blown up Marquez, lost to Pacquiao twice, went life and death with Ruslan, and had a draw with Chaves. The guy looked much better at 140 IMO.

I agree. Those guys all beat Bradley. He's never been impressive at Welterweight and doesn't have enough pop to keep the big guys off him. Manny was more his size and broke his legs. Thurman would seriously put the hurt on Bradley. I also think Bradley is shopworn after that Provo fight. His style isn't suite for the long haul due to him coming in head first and throwing those looping wide shots where he gets countered. Also, he's been inactive as heck and has no excuse to be really. He could easily fight three times a year and put himself back in the mix but doesn't seem motivated to. Bradley at 140 was on a mission, Bradley right now is on the couch.

I am not a big fan of boxer's who can't really punch. If your KO % is below 40%, I am not watching your fight unless you are fighting a killa. I don't care for the "sweet science" alone. You have to be able to throw a real punch...

who cares about bullsht rankings when in reality cotto > mosley, margarito > cotto, mosley > margarito

cotto is a better fighter overall though, shane is just a bigger roider(and he wasn't on any vs mayweather, so not like floyd beat the mosley that sparked margarito a year before)
