Kell Brook sent out a chilling warning to his Welterweight rivals by dishing out a devastating four-round beating to mandatory challenger Jo Jo Dan in the first defence of his IBF World title at the Motorpoint Arena in Sheffield on Saturday night (March 28)

Brook came to the ring to a rapturous reception and rose to the occasion like an elite World ruler. The Sheffield star eased into the opening round and Dan felt the first of many right hands in the second half of the first stanza.

A sign of things to follow came in the second round as Dan hit the canvas early and then again after making the count, both from right uppercuts. The Romanian-Canadian was wobbled once more with a minute to go but gritted his teeth to hear the bell.

What are you even saying? You obviously don't watch boxing, Jo-Jo Dan was the IBF mandatory challenger Brook had to fight him. Jo-Jo Dan is a durable, solid fighter who broke his jaw in the second round against Selcuk Aydin and finished the fight. Its an impressive win for Brook to destory Jo-Jo Dan like that

Any federation who would lift Dan as the number one contender needs to be eliminated from the sport!!!!!!
This poor young man can't box oranges and his corner should be jailed for impersonation.
I feel so bad to see this young fellow try his heart out and be brutalized like that.
