I honestly have no faith in the testing system, these guys know when the random testing period starts.. Im of the opinion that PED use is rampant in all sports and especially combat sports

So that leaves it that any conspiracy you want to dream up is a goer , ask yourself if you were Manny or Floyd and a somebody came in and said I can give you PEDS and nobody would know , and the testers will be knocking any day for a blood sample , if you were them with everything you have ever done at stake would you take PEDS , common sense which is very short around here should tell you this will be the most watched scrutinized fight in history , it will be squeaky clean .

Nothing is impossible thats does not mean its probable , lots of guys have cheated in sport but I cant recall anybody flying a flag and blowing trumpets about the damnation of PED and then using them while the world has you under a microscope , neither Floyd nor Manny would risk their entire career when they know they are being tested the whole way , why have the fight when according to you lot everybody from bucket boy to the NSAC , the testers , the judges , the ref the glove makers the ring makers , they all paid off .
