Left shoulder fatigues very quickly during boxing workouts

    Hey people

Recently Ive been doing boxing workout like skipping and heavy bag training but one thing that always lets me down is my left arm. I get tired in my left shoulder very quickly and after doing jab and cross combinations for only around 2 mins my left arm pretty much dies out and I have no power left. I dont get this problem on my right arm. What exercises can I do to overcome this fatigue??

    Thanks

there is only one way and you'll thank me in about 6 months its because your body alignment your body is aligned southpaw even though you may write right handed..switch to southpaw and build up your left hand...its easier to build up because even tho you don't relize it that's your faster hand..hit the heavy bag as much as possible and in 6months you'll have 2hand power and you be a southpaw witch is a huge advantage

Just keep jabbing. I used to get that all the time when i trained. But as you keep doing it, it will eventually go away. You have to keep working it till it hurts all the time though.
