Isn't Cotto dropping the belt? He was ordered to fight GGG by WBC and he is not going to, he will fight K9 or Heiland next. I doubt the WBC let's Cotto fight Mayweather in September without stripping him. I mean they could fight for The Ring title, but it would be the cheapest title out there, considering Martinez should have lost it to Murray, who lost to GGG.

IMO the WBC turns a blind eye to their own rules if Cotto signs to fight Canelo or Mayweather in September.

Im positive of it happening. I would be completely shocked and awestruck if there was any other outcome. Yes, subconsciously, I suppose I have already convinced myself it's fact. That's how sure of I am.

I am 50/50 on Canelo VS Cotto outcome. It really can go either way but I am obviously rooting for Cotto.

Cotto is gonna get beat. He tried to get that Delvin Rodriguez rematch for big money, but HBO wouldn't have it. Now he has to fight a legit threat. Also, we all know Cotto will never face the true champ, Gennady. Canelo on the other hand would likely fight Gennady within 2 fights of beating Cotto.
