It makes sense for Cotto to NOT jump into a fight with GGG after his win against a "one legged Sergio."

Seems the kids here like to discredit Cotto's win at MW, and yet want to fault him for getting into the weight like a SMART fighter and taking a voluntary against a live dog like Heiland. Cotto did not get a lawnmower for his 16th birthday. He is no promoter's fool nor is he walking around with one working eye. Cotto is smart and he knows GGG fight is not going away. It's hilarious how the ONLY fight people want to see is GGG VS Cotto. Everything else is crickets... The haters don't expect a competitive fight from Cotto, so then the wise man has to ask...WHY then the interest?

He (Heiland) is in his prime, great movement, great volume and packs a punch, more so, its a natural MW. ***! Probably, walks around 20+ lbs than Cotto!

Either way, its a voluntary defense and Cotto could fight anyone. I wanted to see him expose Canelo once more....but he decided to run away and fight Kirkland who has not fought in over 18 months, and it was over 200lbs just a few weeks ago having to lose ~50lb in 8 weeks to meet this fight.
