Who said Kovalev didn't deserve a shot? I've never heard that. They were close to making the fight last year but HBO wouldn't sweeten up the pot. And it's not just talk coming from Stevenson. His promoters already went to the WBC to order the purse bid. According to Dan Rafeal Stevenson is not tied down to any network television deal. Kovalev just fought and Stevensons fighting soon. They are basically on the same schedule. Both fighters want the fight so why can't it happen next? Stevenson wants the fight and you are still complaining.
