Former WBO world heavyweight champion Shannon Briggs (57-6-1), ranked #6 by WBA, arrived Panama on Wednesday afternoon and is scheduled to attend the medical test and then have dinner with living legend Roberto Duran at "La Tasca de Durán". Briggs will face Hungarian Zoltan Petranyi (51-21-1) on Friday night in Panama City. Briggs continues his campaign of securing a showdown with WBO/IBF/WBA/IBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko, who next month defends his world titles against undefeated challenger Bryant Jennings.
