Floyd has literally never fought a decent fighter. Forget good, not even decent.

11 time World Champion in 5 different weight classes. Fought the #1 ranked fighter in the division 9 times, Top 5 ranked in the division 15 times and Ring P4P top 10 guys 7 times.

And out of all of that, not a single decent win.
But who are they? Who are the supposed #1 ranked that he fought. I'm not saying it's his fault, all I'm saying is he fought "decent" fighters.

Similar to what RJJ did. It wasn't his fault that he didn't have better competition, it's just that his competition ******.

You can't deny what FMJ a did when he retired after hatton thou...

Not the best example, Pacquiao is clearly past his prime(he is still a good fighter but he has changed), and he got knocked the **** out and slept for about a minute, he seems to have lost his punch resistance as well.

Somewhere in the middle really. He doesn't have a history-worthy win list that makes your head spin as you read through it, but it's not complete crap either.

Solid guys over a long period of time and consistency via being unbeaten.

It isn't that Floyd has fought nothing but lousy bums. It's just that he is so skilled and better that he makes them look that way. Pacquiao will be next on that list. Mayweather by KO round 8.

The fact that you consider his fight with Cotto 'life and death' shows how high of a standard Floyd is held to by some people.

i dont even think Hatton was a good win.

Didnt commentators say that hatton should never fight at We;ter weight again after a lack lustle performance against some Welter weights?

heres Hatton at Welter weight according to Wiki

                      "Hatton vs. Collazo[edit]
Hatton moved up a division to meet American Luis Collazo for the WBA Welterweight Championship crown which took place on 13 May 2006.[27] Hatton won the WBA crown from Collazo but struggled. Hatton started well, knocking Collazo down in the very first few seconds of the first round,[28] but it turned out to be one of the toughest fights of his career, with some boxing analysts claiming Collazo won the fight,[28] although many thought Hatton had done enough early on to secure victory, with the knockdown a pivotal point in the fight."
