White was leaving Mastro's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills -- when he made it very clear he's interested in setting up a fight between Muhammad Ali's daughter and the reigning UFC women's champ.

The two women have been trading words for the last few weeks.

But whether they step into the ring to box ... or climb into the octagon for an MMA match ... White says one thing's for sure -- Rousey will beat Ali quite easily.

Laila wasn't even that special of a boxer. They dug up various women with minimal skill for her to fight on her own small scale ppv's, basically hawking off her father's name. Rousey grew up in a family of highly renowned judo experts and was trained in a way similar to how the Williams sisters grew up with tennis - genuine experts.
